  1. Anonymous 30 day buyer briefBuyer representatives maintain time bound, anonymous briefs.
  2. Search authorized supplyBuyer representatives search supply with controlled permissions.
  3. Listing with verified exclusive mandateListing representatives publish properties with verified authority.
  4. Search represented demandListing representatives search for matching buyer briefs.
  5. Mutual acceptanceBoth representatives accept an introduction.
  6. Professional contact exchangeContact details are exchanged after acceptance.

Attributed milestone updates travel between professionals; client identities and transaction files remain in professional custody.

The Challenge: Fragmented Discovery and Uncontrolled Exposure

Public property portals are designed for consumer advertising rather than inter agency professional cooperation. Listing representatives often struggle to gauge represented buyer demand before wide publication, while buyer representatives spend significant time verifying whether listings are current and properly authorized.

The Solution: Permissioned Discovery and Status Transport

Speaking Bricks is a B2B professional distribution and status network currently in development. We do not replace agency CRMs, and we never take custody of client identities or transaction files.

The Professional Operating Loop

Buyer representatives maintain anonymous, time bound buyer briefs (with a 30 day active window) and search authorized supply. Listing representatives publish properties with verified exclusive mandates and search represented demand. Both representatives must mutually accept an introduction before professional contact details are exchanged.

Three Tier Disclosure and AI Controls

Listing representatives control what each audience can discover:

Open Tier

Approved public listing fields with agency attribution, accessible to public search and read first AI tools.

Selected Tier

Visible only to verified eligible professionals with a current matching represented brief and seller permission.

Closed Tier

Accessible strictly to specifically authorized human professionals and excluded from all AI tools, prompts, and embeddings.

Transaction Status Protocol

Transports attributed milestone updates across professional systems (such as a lawyer, mortgage intermediary, or inspector reporting scoped progress, or an authorized report of a CPCV or deed pausing or withdrawing availability) without centralizing sensitive client documents.

CRM Interoperability and Neutral Rules

Designed to connect with existing agency CRMs through authorized adapters (and supported by manual entry and CSV import during pilot testing), with EstateOS available as an optional professional interface for eligible practitioners operating without a connected CRM. Core participation is free under published neutral rules, and affiliated services receive no ranking advantage.
