Our calculators, tax and closing cost models, and structured checklists combine available market and spatial data to organize the exact questions where qualified professional review is needed. Built with clear boundaries, RealOS uses AI to organize information and compare scenarios, while escalating to human professionals (buyer representatives, lawyers, and engineers) whenever a decision requires human judgment and accountability.

Shaped through workflow interviews with local agencies and buyer representatives, Speaking Bricks is designed to connect with existing agency CRMs, apply three tier disclosure controls (Open, Selected, and human only Closed tiers), and transport attributed transaction milestones (such as CPCV or deed status) while keeping client relationships and document custody strictly with the chosen professionals.
