We fund proof. We partner for scale.
We self-funded our first three ventures to prove our thesis, infrastructure, and operating discipline. For new ventures, we prefer to finance early validation internally. This gives us speed, control, and the ability to abandon weak ideas quickly.
When a venture has proven traction and clear unit economics, we bring in external partners. Each venture uses the structure that fits its profile: direct equity, SPV, Prop-Co/Op-Co, or operating partnership.
